1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on MenuQR, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Services

MenuQR provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables restaurant owners to:

• Create and publish digital menus accessible via QR codes • Receive and manage dine-in orders in real time • Display orders on a kitchen display system • Manage tables, categories, and menu items • Monitor restaurant analytics

Feature availability may vary by subscription plan.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Access to the platform requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Razorpay. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable except as stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform • Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations • Scrape or harvest data without our written permission • Resell or sublicence the platform to third parties • Misrepresent your identity or restaurant information

6. Intellectual Property

MenuQR and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including all software, designs, and trademarks. You retain ownership of your restaurant data and content uploaded to the platform.

You grant MenuQR a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process your content solely to provide the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenuQR's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City], India. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution through our Escalation Matrix.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
