MenuQR ('we', 'us', or 'our') is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, set up your restaurant profile, or contact support. This includes:

• Name, email address, and password • Restaurant name, address, and operational details • Billing and payment information (processed securely via Razorpay) • Communications you send us

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you use our platform, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our services • Process subscription payments and send billing notices • Send administrative communications (account confirmations, security alerts) • Respond to your comments and questions • Monitor and analyse usage to improve the platform • Comply with legal obligations

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we may retain certain data for up to 90 days in backups, and longer where required by law (e.g., financial records for 7 years).
