Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Overview
This policy describes your rights and our obligations regarding subscription cancellations and refund eligibility for MenuQR's SaaS platform.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access until that date.
We do not charge cancellation fees.
3. Refunds — Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the billing date. However, if you experience a significant platform outage (>24 continuous hours) caused solely by MenuQR infrastructure failure, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period.
4. Refunds — Annual Plans
For annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of the initial purchase (and provided the account has not been used to serve live customers), a full refund will be issued. After 7 days, refunds are not provided, but you may continue to use the platform until the end of your annual period.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Failure to use the platform after subscription • Account suspension due to Terms violation • Dissatisfaction with features that were available at the time of purchase • Third-party payment processing fees
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@menuqr.in with your account email, subscription ID, and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Plan Changes
Upgrading from Monthly to Annual mid-cycle will credit unused Monthly days toward the Annual plan. Downgrading from Annual to Monthly is not permitted mid-cycle but can be set to take effect at renewal.
